What to include in your message
To help you faster, include the following where relevant:
- Your Fawran store name (if you are registered).
- The order or shipment number if your question concerns one.
- A clear description of the issue or question.
Security note
Never share passwords or one-time codes (OTP) with anyone, even someone claiming to be from Fawran. Our team will never ask you for these codes.
