FBF — Fulfilled by Fawran (فولفيلمنت فورا)
With FBF you send your inventory to Fawran warehouses. Fawran stores it, then picks, packs and ships each order to the customer on your behalf.

With FBS your stock stays with you. When an order arrives you pick and pack it yourself, and Fawran collects it from you and delivers it to the customer.

MARKET — sell from your physical store (البيع من متجرك الفعلي)
MARKET is for merchants with an existing physical shop. You list products on the Fawran marketplace and sell them straight off your shelves; orders are collected from your store and delivered to the customer.

- When it suits you: you want to turn an existing shop into an online sales channel without changing how you work.
Inventory visibility and returns
Whichever model you choose, the dashboard shows your available and reserved quantities and the live status of every order. When a return happens, the item flows back according to your model: to the Fawran warehouse for inspection and restocking if sellable, or directly back to you.
You can also mix models across different products within the same store.

Can I use more than one fulfillment model at the same time?
Yes. You can store some products in Fawran warehouses (FBF) while preparing others yourself (FBS) or selling from your physical store (MARKET) — all managed from one dashboard.
How do I send stock to a Fawran warehouse?
Create an inbound shipment from your dashboard listing the products and quantities, then deliver it to the warehouse, where it is received and added to your sellable inventory.
Can I see my inventory that is stored at Fawran?
Yes. The dashboard shows warehouse quantities and their status, plus units reserved for open orders.
What happens to returned items under FBF?
Returns are inspected at the warehouse. Sellable items go back into your inventory; other items are returned to you or handled according to the published policy and your seller terms.
Service details and applicable fees are governed by the seller agreement and the terms displayed in your dashboard.
