These terms govern your use of the Fawran Seller platform. By using the platform you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Fawran platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Seller accounts
To sell on our platform, you must create a seller account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates our policies.
4. Fees and payments
Sellers agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Fees & Commissions page and in the applicable seller agreement. Payments for sales are processed according to our payout schedule, less any applicable fees and deductions.
5. Shipping and fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for ensuring timely preparation of orders. We provide shipping services but are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fawran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
