Seller Terms & Conditions
Your relationship with Fawran is governed by the Seller Agreement and its related policies — the documents you expressly accept in the final step of store verification.
Documents in force
Each document is shown in full with its version number and SHA-256 fingerprint — the same text that is recorded when you accept it.
How the documents become binding
Your acceptance is recorded expressly during store verification, together with the version, fingerprint, time and accepting account.
When a new version of a document that requires acceptance is issued, we will tell you and ask you to accept it.
Privacy and fees
The Privacy Policy explains how we process your data, and the pricing centre shows the fee values currently applied.
