Sending your stock to the Fawran warehouse
If you use FBF (Fulfilled by Fawran), shipping starts with an inbound shipment: create it in the dashboard, list products and quantities, and deliver it to the warehouse. Once received, the stock joins your sellable inventory and Fawran prepares and ships each order for you.

The new order appears immediately in your dashboard with the requested items.
Preparation and packing
The order is prepared at the Fawran warehouse (FBF) or by you (FBS and MARKET). When you prepare orders yourself, you are responsible for packing items safely for transport.
Pickup by a delivery captain
A Fawran delivery captain collects the order from the warehouse or from your location, and the order status updates automatically.
Delivery and confirmation
The order is handed to the customer and a delivery confirmation is recorded — the basis on which your earnings are later settled.

Tracking and returns
