Available vs reserved stock
When a customer orders, the requested unit is automatically reserved from your available quantity until the order completes or is cancelled. The same unit can never be sold twice, and you always see how many units are truly available and how many are reserved for open orders.
Your stock in the Fawran warehouse
If you use FBF, the dashboard shows the quantities held at the warehouse and their status — from the moment your inbound shipment is received until each unit leaves with a customer order.
Act before you run out
Watch low quantities from the dashboard and restock before they run out; consistently available products keep their ranking and their customers' trust. If a product does run out, it is hidden from the marketplace automatically until you restock.
