Every completed sale becomes a clear balance you can track in real time. This page explains the full earnings cycle: when they're recorded, where you see them, and when they reach you.
The payout lifecycle, step by step
Order delivered
Once the order reaches the customer and delivery is confirmed, the sale amount becomes eligible for your balance.
Earnings recorded in your balance
The net amount (after commission) is recorded in your seller balance and appears immediately in the transaction log.
Paid per the payout schedule
Due amounts are transferred according to the payout schedule; most sellers receive payment within 7–14 days of delivery confirmation.
Your balance and statements in the dashboard
- An up-to-date balance reflecting recorded earnings and amounts in transfer.
- A per-order transaction log: gross value, commission, and net due.
- Periodic financial statements you can revisit any time.
- A payouts page showing each transfer's date and status.
What can affect your balance?
Some situations can adjust your due balance before transfer, such as customer returns, disputes under review, or agreed financial adjustments. Each movement appears clearly in your transaction log with its reason, and you can follow up on any case through the support channels.
Payout questions
When do my earnings arrive?
Most sellers receive payouts within 7–14 days of delivery confirmation, according to the payout schedule.
Where do I track my earnings?
In the dashboard: the finance section shows your balance, transaction log, statements and the payouts page in full detail.
Do returns affect my earnings?
Yes — a return or a dispute under review can adjust the due balance, and any settlement appears clearly in your transaction log with its reason.
Are there fees on receiving payouts?
Commission is deducted from the sale value as explained on the fees page; the net amount is what's recorded in your balance and transferred to you.
